Research facilities and special modules

Because we can precisely calculate the size and proportions of all modules and freely design components, we are able to build modules and systems for experimental or research purposes tailored to specific requirements. The research system can serve either universal or specialized purposes.

Research Systems

One example of this is our facility with a 3,000-liter aquaculture volume and approximately 50 square meters of NFT hydroponic section. Thanks to additional connections, additional aquaculture or hydroponic modules from neighboring greenhouse cabins can be integrated, significantly expanding the range of applications of the research facility.

Mobile anaerobic UASB/EGSB reactors

We built five sets, each with two anaerobic reactors on heavy-duty casters, for four universities. The research modules were used to investigate anaerobic processes and increase their effectiveness. They reduce filter sludge, generate methane, and simultaneously remineralize the nutrient solution, thereby recovering valuable nutrients – an advantage that purely aerobic processing doesn't offer.
